Rice University is presenting a special free lecture on Monday, January 28 7-8:30 p.m. Former Houston Mayor and President/CEO of the Victory Institute Annise Parker shares insights on how Houston and other cities are shaping the world in this free event. The lecture is held in Rice University’s Anderson-Clarke Center and is followed by a reception in the Dean’s Commons.
